Meet your guide on this journey
I have tremendous compassion for those who seek to create their own path. As a young creative visionary, what I wanted for my life and the world no longer fit within the confines of my chosen path within the Presbyterian Church. So, at age 24, I left the seminary, my faith, my community, my career path, and my lens for understanding the world. I felt all alone as I stepped into the unknown.
I remember wishing I were one of those people who knew what they wanted to be when they were ten years old and followed the prescribed path to get there. Or wishing I were a tree, because a tree simply is and doesn't have to think about what its purpose is!
I cared about so many causes that I agonized over what my purpose was and what career I should choose. Ultimately, I pursued a number of careers, following my passion along the way. Everything from teaching, to public health, to fair-trade entrepreneurship (before fair trade existed), earning and MBA and an MA in Latin American Studies (trying to create what today is a degree in social entrepreneurship), working in the environmental field, and founding and heading an international non-profit organization.
Now I serve as the person I wish I had to mentor me when I was a young creative visionary. My work is dedicated to helping you uncover your life purpose and tap into your creative power. I'm passionate about connecting you with the guidance, support and resources you need to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Warmly,
Linda Smith
